Dr. Rich Handley is a pioneer in bringing emotional intelligence to the
workplace and in corporate applications of emotional intelligence. He
is a leading business strategist in leveraged, high-performance human
capital solutions and corporate human capital profiling. He has been
the lead instructor for the BarOn EQ-i Certification workshop for 5
years. He is the co-author of the book, Optimizing People, and
founder of equniversity.com. He co-authored the EQ-360 Assessment, the
