All organizations understand that having the right people - or having people with the "right stuff" - is critical to success.  Potential employees must not only be matched to a specific job, but also to the organizational culture.  BHS works with organizations to set up a process to match the competencies of the job candidate with the competencies of existing "star performers" within the organization.  If an individual's particular strengths and motivations match the responsibilities of the job and their values and goals are compatible with those of the organization, the likelihood of success for both the individual and organization significantly increases.
