EQ University Total Package EQ Certification Workshop
The EQ University BarOn EQ-iŽ Total Package Certification Workshop is unique in that it is designed to not only certify individuals in the BarOn EQ-iŽ and the EQ360, but also to provide them the extra training and tools they need to consult, train, and coach in the area of emotional intelligence. We are unique in that we offer free follow-on coaching with the assessment to ensure individuals start successfully and have the support they need to be effective. Our experience is unparalleled and this experience makes a critical difference in real world applications. Our trainer, Dr. Rich Handley has more experience with the EQ-iŽ instrument and in EQ-iŽ Certification than anyone. He has over 15,000 administrations of the EQ-iŽ, was the first certified EQ-iŽ U.S. trainer, and has certified more individuals worldwide than anyone. In addition to co-authoring the EQ360 with Dr. Reuven Bar-On, the author of the BarOn EQ-iŽ, he also co-authored the book Optimizing People, and authored and co-authored several book chapters on Emotional Intelligence. He also teacheds Emotional Intelligence in Leadership at the University of Texas, and authored a book on Executive Presence. EQ University is exclusive in its support of professionals using the EQ-iŽ in their practice. Our training and services are designed to meet the needs of professionals who work in the area of executive coaching, human resources, education, recruitment, employee development, organizational development, and management training. As part of becoming a certified user of the BarOn EQ-iŽ, you will learn first hand how to make optimal use of the BarOn EQ-iŽ in your practice. Finally, we offer the EQ-iŽ assessments on-line for certified professionals, along with 2 free web-courses for each of their clients, and additional web courses for each of the 15 areas assessed by the EQ-iŽ.

We exclusively train in small groups, so the individual attention you will receive and the follow-on coaching is unparalleled, and ensures that you know how to put the instrument to work quickly, and successfully.
Onsite Training Option For organizations wishing to certify a large number of individuals, we offer you the convenience of having us come to your location and conduct a certification workshop. This option can make economic sense to organizations affording substantial savings in workshop fees, costs associated with travel, lodging and meals.
