The Process

Thus, the process begins with an assessment of your emotional intelligence and Executive Presence utilizing the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i®). Participants complete the EQ-i® online, and will receive a 7-8 page report of their results plus a separate analysis of their Executive Presence. Next, we will will conduct an initial telephonic feedback session interpreting your results, and you will receive two additional telephonic coaching sessions targeted at using your EQ-i® results as part an analysis of your Executive Presence: strengths and weakness, locating areas of performance drag and imbalance, and locating the area that gives the most leverage for change. The process will also use various materials developed by EQ University and sent to you exclusively for this process. This is not for the feint of heart, and is conducted in a no nonsense, bottom line style aimed at helping you unlock your potential and make the leap to working and living on the high performance frontier.
