The Process
To unlock your potential as a leader, you have to know what's holding you back. Thus, the process begins with an assessment of your emotional intelligence and Leadership Presence utilizing the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i®). Participants complete the EQ-i® online, and will receive a report of their results plus a separate analysis of their Executive Presence. Next, we will will conduct an initial telephonic feedback session interpreting your results.
