While the EQ-i® is a self report of emotional intelligence, the EQ-360® includes the EQ-i® assessment plus a multi-rater 360 degree assessment allowing multiple individuals to rate the person's emotional and social functioning which provides a unique and powerful self/others perspective. When the observer ratings are compared with the results of a standard EQ-i® self-report, a complete 360-degree profile emerges.
