EQ University was established in 1999 as the first web site to offer online Emotional Intelligence Assessment using the BarOn EQ-i® and Web Based Training and we were the first organization certified as an EQ-i® Trainer in North America. Since that time, we have assessed more people with the EQ-i® and provided EQ-i® Certification training to more professionals than any one worldwide. We are totally dedicated to Optimizing People through the power of emotional intelligence, and have more experience in this area than anyone using the EQ-i® due to our many years of real world, in the trenches work. We support a network of professionals and organizations worldwide that we have trained who are working in the area of Emotional Intelligence through an industry leading suite of products and services.
